City of Allentown

Public improvement financing and additional services are provided by the City of Allentown. Allentown is Pennsylvania’s third largest and fastest-growing city. Under the mayorship of Ed Pawlowski, the city is celebrating its 250th anniversary in 2012.

Building & Parking Plans

This new seven-story Class A office building (far left) will rise above the arena’s retail and restaurant level on Hamilton Street. Scheduled to open in the spring of 2014, One City Center will be home to Lehigh Valley Health Network’s Sports Medicine and Fitness Destination Center, which will occupy five floors. The remaining floors offer flexible space and many amenities, including:

  • Highly competitive lease rates
  • Parking on the block
  • State-of-the-art security and staffed lobbies
  • Retail shops and restaurants on the first floor and shared space with the arena

This new 11-story Class A office/retail building is scheduled to open in the spring of 2014 at 645 Hamilton St. In addition to an 8,000-square-foot restaurant on the first floor, future tenants include:

This new five-story Class A office/retail building is planned for 7th Street between Hamilton and Walnut Streets. Three City Center offers flexible floors of up to approximately 40,000 sq. ft. and many amenities, including:

A seven-story hotel will rise above the arena on 7th Street, opening in the spring of 2014. With approximately 145,000 square feet of space, the full-service hotel will include:

  • 180 rooms
  • Conference rooms
  • A banquet facility

Abundant monitored parking will be available for the tenants and visitors of City Center Lehigh Valley and the arena. Creating a safe and welcoming environment where people can live, work and play is our highest priority.

  • City Center will renovate and add two stories to the parking deck on 6th and Linden Streets for its commercial and residential tenants to use.
  • Plans for additional City Center parking are underway and will be announced soon.
